ARVIND KRISHNGOPAL MACHHAR

Managing director

Qualification: Science graduate and has acquired his master degree in management from well-known Harward School of management, Boston, U.S.A.

Experience: He have vast industrial experience of more than 30 years in the Machhar Group companies at Top Management level. He was actively associated with various professional and organizations mainly amongst them are:

  1. President of Marathwada Industries Association from 1992 till 1993.
  2. Member – nominated by government of Maharashtra on pollution control board 1992 till 1995.
  3. Member on board of state bank of Hyderabad nominated by the government of India from 1994 till 1997.
  4. The Founder Trustee and presently the vice president of Aurangabad Vidya Mandir trust which is most popularly known as Nath valley higher secondary School has become a primary institute in the region within a very short span Of time. At Nath Valley besides imparting education, a special care is being taken to develop the overall personality of student.

Mr. Arvind Machhar is the recipient of leader of the international award from the lions club international in the year 1991, National Research Development Corporation of India in the year 1987 and international Grand Prix Award & Gold medal from international friendship society in the year 1992. Mr. Arvind Machhar believes that bench marking of the quality is necessary but it is equally important to upgrade it continuously and because of this belief during the Governorship he towed the slogan SERVICE THROUGH QUALITY MEMBERSHIP.

Family/groupbackground : He belongs to well-known Machhar Group of Aurangabad. Machhar Group is one of the leading industrial houses of Aurangabad.

BOTHARA GHEVARCHAND MOTILAL

Qualification: Commerce Graduate

Experience: Leading practicing CA and Tax Consultant at Aurangabad since last 30 years.

He is acting as partner in Khandelwal Jain & Co, Chartered Accountants, Aurangabad Involved in Company Law Compliance Matters, formation and legal compliances of LLP She has vast experience in Statutory, Internal, MVAT & Tax Audit of Public Sector Undertakings, Companies, Financial Institutions etc., Bank concurrent Audits. Consultancy on Income Tax, MVAT, Service Tax, Matters including Representation before Tax Authorities. Other Activities Chairman : Women Empowerment Committee of Aurangabad Branch of WIRC of ICAI Treasurer: of Jain International Women Organization (JIWO).
